So you’re realising now with all the rubbish weather that the temperature is dropping fast, the ice will be on our cars in no time at all and we’ll all become hermits and want to stay in the warmth rather than go to work. So when you start to feel the onset of a cold or flu setting in, you’ll be more likely to call in sick at work.
So what should you do to prevent this horrible winter-illness onset?
Prepare your body that’s what!
